Yes it is a childrens book. I don't have it. I made a drawing recently, but lost it also. There is another childrens book I am trying to find that is called On tour with Herman. It was my favourite one in Stockholm. Kyrktuppen or The Church Rooster was my favourite in Kiruna as you might have guessed.

The main character The Rooster was flying around helping people beeing generally nice. A lot like Herman who let all the animals come on his raft. Herman though where very naive and ofcourse all the animals started to fight even though they had promised not to. And the raft went up side down in the river. But they swam to the shore and walked over to grannys house and ate buns and drank lemonade.

The Church Rooster was as nice but he was untouchable. He just had to get back in time for the church ringing, I think, so one could say he was sort of grounded.

Anyways, maybe I will find that drawing, maybe not...
